Employment
Our department offers qualifying candidates with the assistance of the hiring manager, scheduling new hire orientation, and manage all new hire paperwork.
During the new hire orientation, the new hire is introduced to the company. Employee benefits such as health, time off, 401k, and insurance benefits are discussed. The employee personnel handbook is made available. New employees also receive their company passwords for our time and attendance system, learning system, computer log on, as well as email addresses.
NJAC also provides employee development training when delivering services to our clients. We provide CPR, cultural diversity, and other training such as ethics, professionalism, etc.
