Screening process
Whether done in-house or by one of our case managers, consider these guidelines when screening potential qualifying members. (See procedures handout for more information). The client must be a father/primary caretaker of a child (children 24 years and younger).
*Must be 4 weeks from release or recently released with flexible work schedules.
Daily Tools
Our program provides a host of tools so that we may conduct sessions virtually if necessary. These tools should be accounted for and charged before each session. Tablet Portable Hotspot Workbooks.
